at the same time as they wear out together and either 1 or both maybe knocking.

go here . http://www.tcbparts.co.uk/ for cheap off the shelf genuine replacements.

should be loads of info on here on how to replace these , fairly easy if your semi capable. took me 90 minutes my first time.
