Help Drivers Wing Mirror

Hey

someone has taken the wing mirror off my t sport and th **** has driven away leaving me with a hefty bill one which i do not need the now

My t sport is black the boy in the toyota garage has ordered a new one and is going to spray the backing black with paint. I am not too keen on this at all can the backing for the mirror be bought in colour? I am not to happy about this happening as i think the paint will peel and will not mach my car should i request it to be sent to a bodywork shop to be sprayed?

Plus the arage has the eletrics to sort does anyonje have any advice / hints as to how the mirror is connect is there a plug in the door or is this a massive re wire

When I had to buy just the plastic cover, I let them spray it. It looked fine at first but looks crap now. My TS is black too. Send it to body shop if I were you, will cost more but will look miles better!!

Cheers i will get them to send it off. I hate dealing with toyota garages they seem to know very little in the spares deprtment. Thanks for the advice.

Just waiting for them to screw up my electrics though
