Supersprint Exhaust

hi there guys i have poped over from the mr2 section my freind has an rav4 1.8 and has a superspring exhaust for it but he is unsure on weather to fit it what kind of diffrence does this make to the rav 4 or to sell it (this in not a forsale mods) can anyone help

Not sure if I can add much. I've looked at what mods are available for the 3SFE RAV engine and there's not an awful lot, so am progressing with shoving an 3SGTE turbo engine in its place. This comes from an MR2 but the exhaust will be a new build custom. As regards the 1.8 engine, best speaking to some of the garages that specialise in exhaust mods who may have some experience. I've found a few of them, altho not many have done things on the RAV range. Good luck. Ian

If you are talking about an exhaust that makes any more noise than the one that was fitted during manufacture and tested to meet EU drive by noise requirements, the sooner those things are outlawed the better.
