Sqeeky Brakes

Help

I got squeeky brakes and it buggin the hell out of me (and probably other people to) is this something I should take to the garage, would be under the warranty at all, or is something like i need new tyres??

I'd be interested too, as my Aygo is passing 11.000km (6.835mi) today and

it's still squeeking more often than I'd like it to. Braking is OK, though...

Brake dust build up causes squeaking, to clear it your brakes will need a good dose of brake cleaner.

yes it is common for the brakes to sqeek, it annoying, but to resolve that problem with my aygo i bought a new sound system lol.
