Power In The Boot And Electric Cool Boxes

i'm going camping next week and thought i'd treat myself to one of those electric cool boxes to keep the beers cold for more than just a few hours :)

does anyone have one? or know how much power they use? and if they can be left on overnight in the car? obviously i don't want to run the Battery down!

I have the Toyota cool box It only works when the engine is running as it has a voltage cut out. This means it turns itself off when the Battery voltage gets below 11.6V. I belive it has a 5 amp internal fuse so it probably draws about 3.5-4 amps.
