Either go to a Breakers yard, or a dealer! if you are just replacing then its a easy repacemnet, if your car hasnt got them as standard then you have to fit a wireing harnness!

I have a full genuine toyota set (minus push switch)

This is a full accessory kit for fitment to '04 avensis includes all wiring, lamp units, bumper inserts and i can supply fitting instructions if needed.
