Just after a bit of advice, i have been advised by my local dealer that the T Sport has a timing belt, i always thought they had a timing chain? am i correct is saying this, also they said that it doesn't have a fuel filter is this also correct?

When changing the gear box oil what should i replace it with?

it does have a timing chain. there is also a filter (but its built into the fuel pump assembly).

Haha think that dealers tried to grab a few extra quid out of you.

As you originally thought, it is a timing chain, as the helpful member above has mentioned the filter is built into the pump and was designed that it should last the life of the vehicle so doesnt need replacing.

As for gearbox oil look for some 75/90w.
