Hi ya all i want to to do away with my charge cooler and put a front mount on, :thumbsup: does any body no wot sort of job this is to do? thanks

it depends buddy. you can get a FMIC and pipes for a pulsar GTiR from D2power.com for about £180 delivered. this can be adapted to fit but you will still need to do a fair bit of messing to fit it and some samco hose bits.

personaly unless your going for big power the CC setup works quite well and still works at 400bhp. also if you remove the cc setup you will get code 54 from the ecu

at 325bhp the Chargecooler started suffering and car couldnt be mapped to higher power... i changed to a FMIC and now charge temps are much better and the car is now running 354bhp (only limited due to stock pistons)

i would say go for a FMIC once you reach the 325bhp+ mark ;)

... or if you just want your car to look good :D

i know of a 205 that made 450 on the CC setup ( was running cams, larger injectors, garrett turbo etc)

yeah i know, i just wanted to show that its not just cars running 400bhp that benefit from front mounts ;)

yeah sorry bud, not saying their not benificial below 400 just the money can be spent else where first if on a budget :thumbsup:

What intercooler is yours running, where did you get it from and how much was it?

lol Chris, you need the car first! :P

Its a Pulsar kit, but made to fit the GT4, needs couple of other bits aswell I think to fit :thumbsup:
