Its not just as simple as plugging in you need to have it tunned else get a wideband O2, Datalogit then either street tune then final tune on the rollers. But once tunned it is a very powerfull replacement ECU. Can smooth out all the flat spots, lower lift engaugement higher rev limit. Generally give all round better performance. But be prepaired to pay cus they arn't cheap nore is the tunning or accessories. But if you can copy someones map with similar mods to yours then that will help alot. Note at the moment the PFC is only for the prefacelift 02 and before the 03's need a special harness to fit which will be comming into production later on this year from the US but not with APEXI.

Edit:- Just realised replying to a old post "DAMN-it" :censor:

Thanx alot mate i've already bought it and it only cost me £150 thats why I got it and i've been quoted £350 to have it fitted, tuned, and rolling roaded by Thor Racing which I think is reasonable if I'm going to get decent gains from it

have just been quoted £900 for an apexi with fc commander fitted and tuned to my celica 190.

The company sell the ecu's on eBay for 480 or will fit and fully rolling road tune for £900.

Hope this helps
