Engine Timing Help!

I need to replace the water pump in my '87 Camry, and had to remove the Timing belt in the process. How do you adjust the engine timing? I've tried using one of those Car Replair Manuels they sell in the Auto Parts Store. Still no help, Is there any tips to setting the timing on a 87' Toyota Camry 2.0L?

I'm half tempted to take the car in to get the timing on the car set professionally.
