Cam Belt Fitting

hi. Cam belt needs changing on my 94 'rolla. Its has the 4A-FE engine. Has anybody any experience doing one of these? Any pointers or tips to be had? Ive neva worked on a toyota before so it'll be pure Haynes manual reliance to get the job done. not sure if i have to drop the engine mount to get the belt off, anybody know? Any input will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

The 4A-FE is the same across the Toyota range and the procedure is identical to that of the 7A-FE (Carina E and early Avensis).

The procedure has two areas of dificulty but with the correct tools it's a doddle! My entry on both of these links should help. Ive done 6 or 7 Toyotas over the years
