T3 Corolla 2002 Price Check

Hello all,

I am reluctantly selling our 2002 corolla T3, 1.6 petrol for a diesel Auris. Can someone help me out with a private sale price please.

Its 2002 (02 plate), 58k miles, FSH from new and all done at toyota dealer it was bought from. T3 with normal T3 trimmings plus a rear spoiler added. Silver 5dr, by the time i sell it it will have just had its service so will therefore have brand new brake pads and discs at front and rear brakes also done last month. Had a new manifold around 12months ago so everything is rather new. Its in very good condition, i tried to look after it, never been in a crash or a bump.

Complete new engine was fitted around 5k miles ago; it was completely replaced as a recall as certain 2002 models had heavy oil consumption.

What price should i ask for this?

Thanks

Any ideas?

Does 5k sound reasonable?

Have a look at fish4cars,Parkers and auto trader you should get some idea what the cars are selling for

Also the vauxhall site has a value my car feature but I don't know how reliable the prices are also the telegraph honest john online motoring page gives you auction prices

Do a used car car search on the Toyota site you may find out what Toyota dealers are asking for there stock.

Hope it helps

Cheers - i've been looking around recently at all the different places. These corollas seem to range a fair bit from 4.5k up to 6k but i'm going to stick it on at 4,850 : i reckon thats fair and will result in a happy sale.

Thanks again
