Got The Keys To Our First House On Sunday...

After a few months of searching having personally looked at 20/25 houses i was getting a bit ****** off to be honest... :!Removed!: found the perfect house and at a great price only to find that the main street behind was full of council estate chavs! :ffs:

Then found another place back in Jan and went ahead with the purchase procedure... Was only on Sunday that we finally got the keys!

3 bed semi with a HUGE single garage with a door that opens at the press of a button from a key fob!!! How cool is that man!

The plan is to rent it out for up to a year and then move in ourselves.

Will be taking some popper pics of the place tonight most likely if its nice and bright and post them up.

Just need to paint over some old wallpaper in the bedrooms and a couple of the ceilings and jobs a good 'un...

Due to a couple of factors which will become clear at a later stage. Monies being one of them... If we get some lodgers in for a year then we can save up a bit of dosh to splash out on the place before moving in ourselves.
