Why on earth would they block it? Only reason I can think of is you shouldn't be wasting time on t'internet..... but if I remember correctly you are s'posed to do that in Sixth form.

I think they pretty much ban everything at the College I work at: Youtube, eBay etc.

The thing is we are allowed on eBay and can go on things like google video and i am probably the only person who goes on TOC there as they all drive cars with racing stripes....

Yeah used a proxy for a while but then they stopped enabling us to run programs from USB or my documents!

I only posted in study peroids not lessons.... lol
