Just wondering if anyone using the built in system has the screen showing their ariel strength signal?

The handbook shows that this should happen-may be my phone but this feature does not happen. Might I be doing something wrong? as every other aspect of the bluetooth works.

I have attached three phones via the blutooth - a Nokia, a Sony Ericsson and a Motorola and all show signal strength on the telephone screen.

Probably telling you what you already know but press the info button and then press the telephone screen icon. This will show the signal strength indicator bars at the top of the screen.

Thanks for the response.

I'm on the right screen - the rectangular box is there just does not show aerial strength etc. At least you have confirmed for me it looks phone related rather than something in the handbook that is not on the car.

Out of mild curiousity I will try my old mobile you to see if that shows it as that is a Sony Ericsson.

Thanks again.

Second thoughts-don't worry just Googled upgrading the phone - way too scary for me. Thanks anyway.
