Finally got the hang of all this gubbins and thought I'd put a little picture of my Baby on for you all!!

Had her since end of Jan 07.

Paul, a bloody cracker mate. I tried putting picture on here and it ended up in the main gallery !

Felt like a right numpty, but these gubbins as you say are quite complicated. I use a lot of different

systems at work, Cad, production control systems and machine tool programming etc but this one

can be quite baffling :(

I only found out recently from my neighbour, who's in the RS owners club. When they want to post pictures to their forum, they have to upload the pics 1st to Photobucket.com.

That enables the pics to get a url (whatever that is), which you can then paste into the bit that asks for one when you try to put a pic in on our forum.

Totally sympathise with the technophobia though!!!!!

I'm going to contradict myself now by saying that the RAV looks great in silver!

As previously mentioned, I've never been a fan of silver cars but I should also have mentioned that I came very close to buying a T180 in exactly that colour before I managed to secure an excellent deal on a new one.

The RAV carries the colour well although it looks even better Paul, imho, with the protection pack....have you seen that combination? Aren't you tempted?

I do like the protection pack option, I have to say.

Although I got mine as an ex-demo with 2000 miles on the clock and the chrome side bars already fitted - (I got an offer too good to refuse on the Rav as opposed to buying a new one at the time, and I'd just come back from a full day test driving an 3.0D LC5 Land Cruiser too, which was so awful I was thinking about leaving the dealers emptyhanded)!

I think that the protection pack suits darker coloured cars to be honest (yours or black look very cool with it), so I may pass on that, although there is a nice rear valance with twin exhausts (it looks better than it sounds believe me) that is an official Toyota add on which interests me, as do a set of the roof bars in silver and a set of lowered Toyota sports springs............

Look good in Tyrol Silver don,t they. Mines same colour, I,ve added front protection pack plus rear and side bars (all Toyota OME). The twin exhausts look half decent as well , only trouble is they are TTE brand and I think you can only source them thru TTE in Colonge Germany, and they are quite expensive as well( correct me if I,m wrong)

Am waiting on an idea of the cost for the TTE rerar skirt with sports silencer and the TTE lowering springs too - but I'm kinda already guessing they aint gonna be cheap!!!

TTE parts do not validate your Toyota Warranty, as the parts are Toyota Approved....Being Toyota Team Europe.....
