Diagnosis Required

Only on cold start and until the engine is a running temp. I have a problem with acceleration, not just slight hesitation but when i put the accelerator to the floor it crawls along for a few seconds then slowly starts to accelerate. I have had it in at toyota and they have replaced the O2 sensor and their is no other faults showing. I'd take it back but they are way too expensive for repairs or diagnosis. When at running temp the car is great. Not really sure what kinds of things could be causing the problem and only at that specific period when cold. Any help would be great. Cheers

There are plenty of independent places that can diagnose and repair Toyota's for a fraction of the price that Main Dealers charge. In my experience they are usually better than the big places, as reputation is everything to these small businesses.
