Just bought my MR-S today after a long search for the right one, finaly found it! 3 years mech warranty, 23,000ks on the clock, toyota dealer, got a great price 'cause we're just going into winter here (New Zealand) happy as a pig in * roll on wednesday! Hope to get new seats and leather trim in the not too distant and would love to hear and see what y'all have been up to.

Hey what do you call the metal plates people put on under the doors that say "roadster"? Any ideas wher I can find some?

Happy happy joy joy!

Looking forward to meeting you all online.

Hello and welcome to the club Maya

(Great choice of car if I don't say myself ;) )

The item you are looking for are called "Kick plates" :yes:THIS company often advertises on eBay and I'm sure that there will be others out there maybe a bit nearer to you.

There are some handy hints and tips HERE that may be of interest

I hope you post a couple of pictures for us to see once the grin factor has settled down a little :D

Hi there, thanks for the info! I've been hooning about the streets of Auckland since I got it! Amazing fun to drive! I keep leaving work to go and have a look at it and maybe take a spin round the block, that turns into a jaunt that extends into a journey. Have been having the best time!

Thanks for reading and saying hello.

I'm on the look out for a boot rack if anyone has any ideas?

Cheers

I know the feeling, after nearly five years of ownership I still take an hour to do a ten minute journey ;)

Regarding Boot racks, up to a couple of months ago I had this one CLICKY, It cost about £200 new from HERE
