Which Gearknob?

My standard gearknob has gone a bit manky. I was thinking of getting this one:

But I'm not sure I can bring myself to spending £50 on a gearknob, although it's very nice. There was also this one:

I wasn't sure it would suit the stick though, and the leather may not match up. Has anybody tried these?

I didn't really want to get a universal fit one, as they don't always go on too well, but if anyone has any recommendations for nice leather universal ones that fit a yaris well I am all ears.

i wouldnt spend £50 on one, max £25, the bottom one looks smart

I have one of the bottom one's its brand new still in its box, it came with my TRD quickshift kit but I wanted to keep it looking standard so kept the original on.

I would let it go for £20 inc postage - let me know if your interested, I can get some pics if you want.

get the top up.. miles better..

ive got the top one. looks nice and a perfect match with the gaitor. really comfortable in the hand. makes for a nicer shift

Yes the top one does look excellent, although the bottom one does go with the CF trim, but think it may just be too ball-ish if you know what I mean, and looks too shallow to meet up with the leather.

YarisT, is there any chance of having a picture of it on the actual gearknob to see what it looks like? (I realise that may not be possible if it's in it's original packaging)

I had the bottom one, doesn't meet up with the gaitor though. I custom made a little alloy top to fit between the two.

I've now got a Burnt titanium rainbow coloured ball instead :)

Ah, if it doesn't match up I may be better with the top one even if it is more.

Is there any chance of a picture of the top one on the gearstick Kerby? (Or anyone else with it).

As TomF says it really needs a collar to go with it to mate up with the gaitor.

My brother's got the top one, looks sweet. If it were my money, i'd say the TOP ONE. It feels so sweet & chunky in your hand.

The bottom one just looks wrong!!!
