Got My Car Back, But Now Bearings Have Gone...

Just my luck...i pick up the car from S&M services and the engine starts knocking on the way home....two hours later AA turn up to save me....i have been told the big end bearings have gone & the main bearing will also need changing. Does any one know the correct torque settings for the 4age 20v silver top? Anyone with the part numbers for the bearing would also help. Thanks!

main bearing torques are stage 1 =30nm

stage 2=60nm

big end bearings stage 1=25nm

stage 2=49nm

these are taken from auto data cd hope that helps

DO THESE BEARING SETTINGS APPLY TO THE AE111 BLACKTOP TOO?

AND DO YOU KNOW THE TORQUE SETTINGS FOR BOLTING ON THE CAM SHAFT'S TOO, AND THE HEAD BOLTS??
