hey all just joined and am looking for a bit of help.my starlet has been sitting for about 1 1/2 years im getting it up and running again but when i start it up once its reached normal running temp its idling at 2000 rpm can any1 help

Mine had that problem when I bought it, had been sitting for nearly a year. Turned out it was the idle speed control unit blocked up. Just needed cleaning and it was fixed. hope that helps!
