So, what's the weirdest comment you've ever got on your Yaris?

An elderly Italian woman in Venice once walked over the road as she shouted how magnificent my car was. Another old woman once referred to my car as being pretty. I had to laugh, it's many things but pretty it ain't.

A guy I used to hang out with told me I should replace the "non-wheels" (I run steelies) with some chrome spinners.

I have been the proud owned of two Yaris Verso in the past. The first was way back when Versos were rare.

Didn't get too many comments but attracted a lot of open mouths, screwed up faces and people staring :o Usually for the wrong reason (well, pretty it isn't). But I found it amusing and actually enjoyed it :D I don't care what a car looks like as long as it does the job - and the Verso was a fantastic little car. I only changed to a Corolla because I intended keeping it longer than the Versos and wanted a bit more luxury etc.

Do miss my last Verso but couldn't justify keeping two cars when only one of us drives :(

Same here, when my mates come in the car for the first time its hard to get anywhere with them all leanin in to stare at the dash lol. And i always get comments on the space too.

After I had trouble reversing into a gap between 2 other cars on a street someone wondered why I took so much effort to fit in when it was one of the shortest cars on the road.

My response was that it was so short it was hard to judge the distanced in front and behind.
