As far as I remember NO 20v's dizzy and coil are the all in one type and some have coil packs.

They are different part numbers. I'm going to be selling my silvertop ignitor and coil soon as i'm fitting Ford EDIS when I put on my Megasquirt ECU.

Yes, will let you know when I sell it. Do you mean the loom for the ignitor or the whole engine loom? I'm keeping the engine loom, but the wiring for the ignitor and coil may be available, it all depends on what I get when I recieve my Megasquirt. It should come with a loom for the Ford EDIS.
