got home tonite and my centre section was on the floor :|

clamp that holds it to the bak box has rusted off :|

anyone wanna donate me a full system exhaust with a cat :)

Mate meant to ask you, did you say TTE with centre silencer removed causes Cat to spit out it's guts? Reckon it be ok on full system (i.e. manifold n sports cat with centre removed?) How'd it sound with just the centre silencer removed?

sounds good for a bit but then jst goes proper raspy loads louder at first

but yea my cats spat its guts out and now theres like 2 holes in the exhaust and it was hangin off the yesterday lol

talked to a dude at powerflow and he said wat happened was not havin a centre pipe reduced the back pressure so much that it was lettin unburnt fuel go in the the exhaust then it was igniting and its fried the cat then wat was lefts jst spat its self out and also im not sure yet but i think my lambdor sensor (cnt spell it but u no wat i mean) might be broke aswell :|

cost £30 to get it out and now its guna cost

280 for the full system

105 for the new cat

20 to fit the cat

and possibly how ever much the new sensor is

id say go for a full system or jst a sports cat with the TTE back box ive heard thats quite nice

also most full systems have a smaller or no centre section but the piping is the right size for back pressure n stuff so it wont nack up like mine

It's getting mended atm but needs new cat anyway i think! So if i got centre silencer removed but with right size pipework and sports cat then i should be ok? Tbh i may just get a smaller silencer in there and keep pipework same as sports cats pipework throughout. That way it's bigger than stock so get my performance gain, still get a nice sound through stock TTE and it wont be TOO loud! Cheers for help mate!

I paying for the repairs mate but it discounted as dads got mates in industry :) But yeah I dont mind TTE but want just a bit more! But yeah cheers for all help mate! Will have to see what i can do for centre section as its just i cant really afford the centre section aswell as cat from envy so just gona get cat :)
