Tyres On To Alloys

hi, i have just purchased some used alloys for my 4.1 rav . could someone give me a rough idea of what i should pay to have the tyres taken of my old wheels and put on to the alloys . i believe the alloys have valves already on . i have never done this before so any advice would be really apreciated. thanks

I'd get new valves fitted and obviously get the wheels balanced. Ask about, but a local tyre fitter should do the work for just the cost of the valve and balance if he/she is hopeful of getting future business from you.

i have had 3 quotes . one from a alloy refurbishing centre at £10 a wheel . £9 a wheel from a large motor factor , i then went to a poular motor factor near were i work who have a section mainly for alloy wheels and they quoted me £20 a wheel . all included valves balancing and eco tyre removal . just proves it is worth shoping around .all 3 were within a 3 ile radius.

just had them fitted for £25 from a local back street tyre fitter.
