Hello

I wonder if anyone can help, i am going to be buying a 2-3 year old t-sport as i have wanted one for ages now so i am taking the plunge. Is there anything i need to be aware of before i do, is there any critical, expenseive work that is carried out at sertant sevices that i should check has been done or anything i should be looking out for when buying it?

Thanks

Ben

Do you do a lot of motor way driving?

100mph in a 190 will be around 5krpm, compared to 4k rpm on the 140... so obvious noise difference.

Below 6k rpm both cars are identical.... the 190 has lift which kicks in, where the extra 40 ponies appears.

Aside from he power that the 190 will have nice alloy pedals!

I have driven both the 140 and tsport and I find the tsport is quicker even without using lift, they are both different engines after all.

The best thing to do is test drive both that way you can make your mind up.

Different gear ratios, 190's will use more petrol even before 6200krevs as someone mensioned before at 80 mine revs 4000 dont know about the 140's

id personally be gutted if id bought the 140 now tho the noise it makes in the lift and the kick you get from the lift id defiantly worth the extra£'s!!
