Speed Camera Data On Toyota Satnav?

Having used a portable SatNav system (TomTom) for a while, I was looking forward to the built-in system in my 2007 RAV4. It's great to have such a fully integrated system (big screen, no wires, no danger of finding you left it at home just when you need it!), but I really miss the speed camera database that could be loaded into TomTom. Has anyone found a way of doing something similar with the Toyota system?

A noble suggestion. If only it answered the question it would almost be worth a star ;)

Fraid not pal, unless you fancy entering them all as POI's!

Think the only way would be to buy one of those speed camera detectors that beep at you and hide it away from sight.
