Had to get a few job done on my Avensis, I live in South London so called a few Jemca dealerships and got their usual "we'll call you back" and never heard from them. Eventually one Jemca called back but just gave me some vague details of what to do/cost etc.

Girlfriend suggested I try RCS in Slough. Called them up, the girl on the service reception knew immediately what was and wasn't under warranty, gave me a quote and I booked it in. Took the car down on Friday, told it would be ready in 2-3 hours. 2 and a half hours later it was ready, on time, at the agreed cost and they'd taken the time to wash it inside and out. Finally a decent Toyota dealership, I highly recommend them.
