Not sure myself. But i do know you could easily buy a full sports cat system from envy for less than half of that. 800 quid is rediculous!

it's expensive because it's from the manifold to the backbox.

There are no joins in the exhaust anywhere in the middle.

would be cheaper getting a cat from somewhere or even a sports cat, cutting the old one out and welding the new one in.

sports cat? whats the difference? it's not like a decat is it that wont pass mot.

Nope a sports cat is still fully legal, will pass MOT, etc. It's still a catalyst, just lets gasses flow through quicker than a normal one!!

You can pass MOT fine without a cat in most cases as modern engines are good on emissions anyway.

What engine is in this yaris?

You could just get an exhaust place to make you a decat pipe and it would be a lot cheaper. Would sound better too

Or if you really want a cat go to a breakers.

My cousins yaris is a 2000 model, SR 1.3i with t-sport front, and she took it to service and toyota said that her cat has gone and needs replacing. So if Yaris-SR-kid could please let me know how much you are selling and if it fits a X reg yaris, please let me know asap and arrange to meet you :)

Cheers

it doesn't matter if it fits as it will more than likely need to be welded in anyway.

Unless he has all the pipework.

needs welding in? I thought there were 4 sections? header, cat section, mid section, back box? The envy kit comes in two sections doesn't it?

Envy kit only works if you just have back box mate were as i have powerflow cat back (backbox and middle section) so just needed to order cat element (actual cat) from envy instead of cat section/midsection

O right, i thought you ordered the cat with flexi section and flange for manifold and then from cat to where it joins the mid pipe (i.e. 1 of the 2 parts of the sports cat kit)
