Hi all

I am first like to say hi to everyone, as its my fist post :)

I ve been driving Toyota cars for quite some time, first toyota was the indestructible Carina II 1986.

But now I got a bit of problem with my current car.

Its a P reg Corolla 5 door sportif.

Someones clip the rear side doors travling along from the rear bumper to the end of the driver door.

Although you can still open both doors, Iam planning on selling it very soon, but how much would it cost to fix the damage? Or should I sell it with the side damage unrepaired?

I'd guess that's two new doors, some new plate around the wheel and a new painting of the rear bumper...

In my world it's a typical E10 problem, had my car 6 days, some spastic smacked into my car during the nighthours, cost: around 2k pounds...

Now the rearbumper is scratched on both sides... Paint job there - rearbumper was 3 months old when i saw the scratches, a little worse than yours - however my scratches haven't hit the doors...

I'm not even surprised when people smash into my car anymore :crybaby:

I feel for you man, its horrible it shouldnt happen to anyone :(

Thanks for the tip. I probably keep the car for quite some time untill I move out of my area. As my car got broken into a few months back. Its using another set of keys to open the drivers door cause of it.

How much would toyota quote me to get a replacment keylock to fit my original car keys?
