Creaking Noise

Hi,

Noticed a few days ago when turning right at a slow speed my TS makes a creaking noise but once i straighten up its fine it does not make this noise when im going round a roundabout. My TS is on a 51/02 plate and has only covered 44k and has always been maintained bt MR T have taken it to them and they said its normal when they checked it, but it does not sound healthy to me anyone got any ideas??

My sisters 1.0 litre Yaris does the same and hers is on a 03 plate
