Fuel Pump

Hiya,

I was just wondering whether anyone else has issues with starting their engine when the car is parked facing uphill?

Has anyone replaced their fuel pump and did it make a difference?

If its low on fuel chances are it'll run away from the fuel pickup

Nope. I think I will try replacing the pump.

Might just be that the 4 throttle assembly needs more juice than my pump can give it on a hill.

I would change the Fuel Filter first and if that has no effect,remove the fuel pump and check the filter sock on

the pick up pipe - they can get partially blocked.
