Satnav Help!

Hi

I've got a TNS 200 and I can never get any satellites on it. It also keeps messing up the time. I've checked in the boot and the TNS box has 3 plugs going into it, 2 chunky white ones and a smaller grey one.

From what I've read the gps receiver is meant to be somewhere near the dash. But I can't see one! I'm assuming the small plug is that of the receiver, but I have no idea where it leads to. The satnav itself has some addresses stored on it (previous owner), so I can only assume it worked at one point.

I'd appreciate any advice on this. Pictures of what the receiver looks like would be helpful.
