Which Oil?

Hi there people. I need some advice. what oil should i use in a 20v silver top? The engine is in a RWD rally car and so has no owners manual etc. I dont quite know where to start looking. Any help would be appreciated.

10W/40 Semi synthetic such as Mobil or Morris's produce is what is normally recomended

But as your engine is used for motorsport I would recomend Mobil 1 or other Fully Synthetic 0W/40 or 50 Oil.

Note: if your engine is old and has not been rebuilt you may find some oil consumption with the use of Fully Synthetic oil.

I'm quite sure the danish guys driving silvertops/blacktops use 10/60 Castrol RS oil...

Though I'm not sure!
