You obviously were lucky Gaz. If the Police are in the mood they'll get you. I know someone who lost their licence for 2 years for drink driving. Infact they were sleeping in their car and when breathalised were over the limit. At no time were they caught driving under the influence, but with keys in their possession they were classed as being in charge of the vehicle.

They can be complete gits when they choose.
