92 Corolla With Issues

I would like some help fixing a few problems with my corolla.

(1) Seems that there is a problem with the exhaust manifold. The car is extremely loud. How do I find the source to the noise... from what I can tell it seems like it the exhaust manifold.... (the big metal cover in front held by what looks like four screws.

(2) Can not find nor access the plug in the bottom of the radiator. I want to drain and flush out the radiator.

(3) How do I install new drums on the rear wheels and how do I install new discs on the front wheels.

For these (and other) DIY things, I recommend you get yourself the Haynes manual - from Halfords, Amazon etc.
