1995 Clutch Problem

I replaced the clutch on my 1995 Corolla. The car would shudder from first gear and would be okay the rest of the way. When the engine gets hot the clutch would slip again. I need help figuring this out. My friend and I took the tranny off again to see what is going on. The preasure plate seems to be warped and the realease bearing was notched on the inside where it slides off the main drive. Should I replace the entire assembly including the hydraulics only with all original parts? Does that mean I can not use after market high performance clutch on my car?

Please help.

Thanks,

Barako
