hi can anyone give me some advice on my rear suspension? im getting a loud flat banging noise when i go over potholes etc. iv got tein shocks which give a firm ride but recently the noise is getting worse and more frequent. i was wondering if the bushes need replacing? i dont think its the rear diff plate as its def coming from the shocks,it almost sounds like the spare wheel rattling around in the boot but i took that out to check and its still there so any advice would be much appreciated!

Have you tryed checking the anti roll bar links of mabe bushes? if they are worn will make a noise!
