Highland Drive

Just thought I would share some piccies of the MR2 highland drive I went on this weekend... lots of MR2s, Isle of Skye and the Applecross run...

was fantastic, peeps who get a chance to go up there definately should!

Weather didnt seem to matter :) nor did one of the MR2s going flying into a Bog... all was sorted and everyone pitched in :)

If i knew about that I might have been able to get time off work and tagged along in my MK3 (if that is allowed )

Maybe next time your up here we could organise something?

They are trying to sort out a Borders drive in September near Dumfries methinks Davy :) and there is always the next big highland Drive next year :)

Please let me know as and when,(especially the september one) I would need to book time off in advance and if I have plenty of notice it should be ok.

Borders run in Sept is 28th Aug - 1st Sept methinks.. well that weekend anyways... more info on MR2OC in Scottish section

JJ just noticed this thread (was looking for the Balmaha one for other reasons). I LOVE the Bealich-na-Ba across to Applecross - one of my favourite roads. It must have been a great sound with all the '2s exhaust notes reverberating off the sides!

I once took this panorama shot from up there...
