Strange Sound

I bought a black '96 Celica 1.8 ST a month ago, the car is fantastic!!

It has 93000km, so I just had a big service done on it (plugs, filters, oil, liquids, cam belt, waterpump) to be on the safe side. I've noticed a strange sound on the right sound of the engine. It's like a little bell ringing. Gets louder when I push the accellerator. The sound appears only when the car is completely cold (in the morning) and it lasts about 1 minute or less - it disappears after the car is warmed up. The mechanic was unable to locate the source of the sound, since it lasts a short time and requires the engine to be cold. He suspects it's somewhere in the catalysator area, exhaust... :blink:

Any ideas?

Btw, this is my first post here, however I've been reading this forum for quite some time and I find it excellent, many great tips regarding my favourite car.
