Bank 2 Sensor 1

Hope someone can help me out here. Avensis 1.8 vvti engine management light on. Diagnosed as Bank 2 Sensor 1. The exhaust manifold seems to have 4 sensors fitted. So my question is, which one is Bank 2 Sensor 1. Oh, and can it be replaced using 22mm ring spanner. Thank you for any advice.
