Hand Brake Adjuster

any know where its located ? .. is it by the hand brake lever or underneath ? cheers in advance

Never done it but think there is a nut with wire coming out of it which is located under centre console by handbrake . Pretty sure you can get to it with an extended socket without having to take console out.

its by the lever, a 10 mm extended socket will do it , take off handbrake first before adjusting it.

6 to 8 clicks is ideal

It will probably have a locknut aswell as the adjuster nut. Remove this before trying to tighten anything up as you dotn want to put too much effort into it and possibly twist/snap the cable.

You can also adjust the rear shoes for a good handbrake
