Does Toyota / Tte Make A Splitter For The 4.2?

reason i ask is this item on eBay

the tte site doesnt mention much about them, but in this picture:

there appears to be a black splitter between them.

Freestyle, these are always for sale on E/Bay. As long as I,ve had a Rav4 they,ve been on.

Seen the driving lights a lot on eBay a lot....never seen the splitter between them though, think that may be a shadow or a special moulding....

Would look funny though as the front is quite tapered back under the front bumper...
