jus bought a 03 yaris 3dr 1.0litre....i would like to know can i fit a t-sport bumpers and sideskirts into it and do u guys have any parts no for them so i can ring toyota and ask for a quote

Welcome to TOC

Your local MR T (Toyota Dealer) should be able to tell you the part numbers............................................but remember fitting T Sport bumpers and skirts will not make it a T Sport

The T Sport rear bumper has a different fog/reverse light arrangement to the 1.0...............so you might just have a bit more work to do than just changing the bumpers.

Replacement bumpers also come unpainted................don't forget to add the cost of painting.

An alternative might be to search on E-bay....................they occasionally come along there

You do not see many T Sport bumpers in the breakers yards...............well.....not in good condition

t sport sideskirts dont fit straight on there are special holders on the t-sport

you either have to order these also or glue them on

and was jus wondering how will i get the parts becasue they are fot the chassis no of the car and my aint a tsport or should i jus tell them i jus want tsport bumper and sideskirts and they will give it to me

and also do i have to get tsports bracket(or normal bumper brackets) for the fornt and side skirts

i am thinking to leave the back bumper as it is

well i waas going for a bodykit first then i decied ill put tsport JDMbodykit cuz i dont like the way the other bodyktis looks:)

Just a thought from an old man...why would you want to do this. ie, make it look like something its not? aint you got money to spend on other things?

I have no idea how much that would cost you, but would it be cheaper to just buy a TS? Perhaps a year older, they are much nicer than the 1.0L inside as well, and would be worth spending a bit more on (although the insurance will go up alot). Bear in mind, if you put a TS bodykit on it, you won't get that money back, whereas a TS will hold any extra money you spend on it. It's up to you though.

Yes t-sport bumpers will fit on.

The rear bumper wll go straight on with the origional brackets as i have put this on mine,however the number plate light will need to be changed and there are lights in the bumper which will need wiring up if you require them.

The front should also go on but im not 100% sure.

With side skirts i will tell you in about a week as i just ordered some from eBay..

Definately worht a look i got bumepr a while back for £38 already painted,and just on side skirts and a splitter for £21 add postage.

Guys dont slag the dude for wanting the t sport bumpers, i would like them on my 1.0 too. Not to make it look like something its not, but just because they are the nicest looking bumpers available for the yaris IMO.

In my opinion, as long as you dont put t sport badges on it or tell people its a t sport its ok to do it.
