Following on from my earlier question. I am shortly ordering a T3-X Tourer, this does not have the new sat nav fitted. When playing CD's , are the track names displayed on the screen, which I presume would also show if an iPOd was connected.

CD-Rs display their track name (or artist/album etc) on the display, well sort of - the number of characters is so limited that it is rendered fairly useless. Original recording CDs do not have the text info, so simply display track number etc. Don't know if it works with an iPOD or not.

Another guess. :D

If it works for iPod it will probably only use playlists that it shows as disks on a non-existent CD changer.

On the colour sat nav it shows the first 6 playlists starting from the one you select on the iPod before you connect it, but that's all. It doesn't show any track info either on the screen or on the iPod. The sound's really good though.
