hi just really join always drve toyota but this my first celica its a 96 with 109 thousand with part sh was wondering is ther anything to watch for in regard maintaining it and weres the best plcae to buy service stuff and wat grade of oil to use

Hi mate, I have an st202 too, I did a no brainer and serviced my car at a Toyota dealer who accepted imports, not many do these days. Apparently, they used the Maganetex oil.

With your celica, just keep checking the oil and have a change every 5k apparently. I just left mine till the annual service.

Only major rule is - only use a genuine Toyota Oil Filter - never use a pattern part one. The genuine one has a one way filter in it which it needs.

Other than that they're not too fussy on oil, a decent brand 10w40 should be fine.

Have a quick look at the air filter other than that you should be fine
