Loose Engine Oil

just a quick question guys... is it usual to loose a small amount of engine oil when you give the car a few days of hard driving??

How hard, according to my UK owners manual up to 1 litre per 1000 Miles during high boost use is acceptable :unsure:

according to that i,m just not boosting enough :unsure: as my car never uses any, :blink:
