Hi All..........newbie Gen 6 1.8st Owner

Hi all,

Have got a 1.8ST Gen 6 Celica and am very pleased with it........however, it seems the previous owner may have disconnected the siren on the alarm as it doesn't sound. I have tried to search the forum for alarm problems but can't find the answer I am looking for which is, where is the siren ?

If I remember correctly - stand at the front, open the bonnet - look down the right hand side of the engine, just to the right under some other stuff you should see the green siren.

Nope - had a good look round but couldn't see it - Celica is due a service in the next couple of weeks - I will ask my mechanic to investigate for me - :D
