I Hate This Feature!

Remember Me on the login screen does not work all the time.

The laptop has been running for 320 hours and the web browser is still running and I have had to reenter the username and password several times, other sites with a similar feature works fine

dunno, when i close firefox it deletes everything, i set it up to do it, but it all still is fine

haha yeah and i clear "recent items" in the Apple menu just to be sure :P

If you clear them you loose the 'remember me' in your computer. As vmail says, that's what your computer relies on. Just remember Gaz, we are using superior machines so you don't have to worry about trojans & worms !

I have a new Mac mouse with a left & right (although it looks the same) so you don't have to 'control - click' and it has a 360 nipple to roll around the screen. Cool as f**k!

I love macs but the beast of a laptop I'm typing this on is also cool so...

back on topic...

My settings are always remembered and TOC is one of those sites I never have to type in my password and username.

In fact, it's so rare I cleaned out my cookies ( ) a few weeks ago and it took me ages to remember my password for this site!

Not sure why, but it might be because I am using different ISP's
