Because the BBQ items have to be bought in before the event I will need a deposit of £5.00 per person to cover this, the balance including any curry payments can be paid to me on the Friday.

You're not down on the "Deposit" list Andy because you are not having the BBQ which is £7.00 and as I don't know what your order is for the curry night yet I'm assuming it will be less than £5.00 so it will be ok to pay me on the Friday
